Welcome to "In Love With an Illusion"
This is an open forum blog regarding sociopathy. 
It has been said several times over that we have all met at least on sociopath in our lifetime and probably didn't even know it. That being said, many of us also loved a sociopath, as thoroughly as one can, and in that love, we examined our partner, as we do, and found that he or she was different than the others. How it is we come to define them as a sociopath varies, I imagine, however there is always that moment when we become enlightened to the fact that every single word our beloved has ever said to us was said with motive, a means to an end.
I welcome all comments, information, and stories from everyone. I hope to hear from sociopaths, as well as those of us who love them. Speak out loud or anomalously, just speak. You have a safe place to land here.
